The Fox and The Hare is the joint venture of husband and wife team, Rob and Luanne Wuerfel.  Rob competed for 15 years as a professional skier and road biker while Luanne spent 20  years as a professional buyer and retailer.  Upon finding Wallace, Idaho, they both fell in love with all the outdoor activities at their finger tips.  As a result, it was soon realized there was a need for a mountain wear store to provide fashionable yet functional clothes, quality active footwear and unique accessories while providing a relaxed, fun shopping environment for the residents of the Silver Valley and its many visitors.
